Welcome to Modern Smithery! We’re here to make sure your order gets to you smoothly and that you’re happy with your purchase. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and refunds.
🚚 Shipping Information
Processing Time
We aim to pack and ship your order within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once it’s on its way.
Delivery Times

New Zealand: 2–5 business days

Australia & International: 7–21 business days (depending on location)
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, import taxes and duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
Digital Products
Courses, downloads, and eBooks are delivered via email or your account immediately after purchase. Can’t find your download? Contact us at hello@modernsmithery.co.nz.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not right, here’s how we can help:
Returns for Physical Products
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.
To qualify:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and packaging

You must include proof of purchase
Start a Return:
Please email us at sales@modernsmithery.co.nz with your order number and the reason for your return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email update. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items that arrive damaged or defective. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo.
